The Poreč Major has it all. The sand representing the earth, the sun which embodies fire – in Poreč you can also experience sea and air with our Poreč Major Elements Raffle. Here are the terms and conditions:

What to win:

o          1st Prize: On Saturday 2nd July, 1 sundowner yacht turn for 4 people (approx. 2 hours) + 4 reserved seats for public viewing + 4 x free entry to the official side event @ Byblos

o          Second Prize: On Friday 1st of July, 1 yacht turn for 4 people for 1 hour

o          Third Prize: On Sunday 3rd of July, 1 yacht turn for 4 people for 1 hour

o          Fourth Prize: On Saturday 2nd of July, 1 helicopter flight with Felix Baumgartner for one person

o          Fifth Prize: On Sunday 3rd of July, 1 helicopter flight with Felix Baumgartner for one person

How to participate:

The raffle is open to individuals who are over the age of 18, excluding employees of Beach Majors GmbH.

(herein referred as "Beach Majors”), its parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Beach Majors suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are associated.

1. The Poreč Major Elements Raffle starts at 12:00pm on 27th of June, 2016 and continues until 10:00am on 30th of June, 2016. All times are Central European Time.
2. To participate in the Poreč Major Elements raffle the participant has to like the raffle posting on Facebook called Poreč Major Elements raffle AND tag a friend. Five winners will be raffled out of all participants by Beach Majors GmbH.
   • All participations who enter within the running period mentioned above will be counted as valid
   • A valid participation is only possible by Liking the exact post AND the tag of a friend in the comments section below
3. The winner will be contacted in a response to the participant’s comment via Facebook by Beach Majors GmbH.
4. The Poreč Major Elements Raffle has no connection to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook.
5. Any attempt, or suspected attempt, to enter more than once, or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void your selection.
6. Beach Majors assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the selection period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the voting. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Beach Majors reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
7. Transport to the prize is not included. Winners must use their own method of transport.
